I don't get why you chumps want a coaching change. Isn't rebuilding what you've been creaming your jeans about. Isn't this season (and last) exactly what you hoped would happen so they could draft high? Who cares what the talking heads say to the media, the tank is on. It's not everyone sucks, it's this team is nowhere near as good as 90% of the other teams in the NHL. It'll take some time, son.

You missed the point. I said he's not getting fired. Though he said he's not developing right now and playing to win. JB has given him this time to do it his way.

Coaching plays a role in how a team performs. Players can look good or worse depending on numerous factors from deployment to tactics. Whatever the pieces that will be added for next season it's about the team identity and style of play. It needs to change. New players won't do that alone. Improving impact players and depth does give a coach more options of course.
