You have to stop with the Taylor Hall stuff bud, it's long over. Not only that, I was at the NJ Habs game last night and Hall was...Hall. He skated very impressively up the wing, he lost the puck 2 out of 5 times, he pouted, he drove the play a few times, he tried to bring the puck out of the zone himself instead of head-manning it. All in all he was impressive, but nothing spectacular at all.

I would say that if Taylor Hall played with NJ and Larsson with Edmonton from the get-go, you would laugh at the suggestion of trading our "franchise" defenseman for an over-rated winger that plays for himself, etc. etc.

Seriously ask yourself if this trade was available right now, Hall for Larsson straight up again...would you do it? I'm not so sure. (probably would because of Hall's raw talent, but it's not 100%).

Zajac is probably playing better than Hall right now and I wouldn't trade Larsson for him.

As much as I can't stand the oilers!! And the star treatment that the refs give him!! As well as the oilers commentators are pathetic when they talk about him!! Mcdavid is not a cowerd at all!!! If anything he plays with a little edge at times, and that is a good thing. But he will look back at his comments when he is older, and realize that what he said was stupid!!

Also if this was the 80's, then the first shift out there lucic who they brought in to protect mcdavid, should have done his job and beat manning down as soon as he touched the ice. And for good measure beat him down half way through, and at the end of the game beat him down again!! Gretzky is one of if not thee greatest ever!! But if it wasn't for cement head he wouldn't have had the room out there that he did! If you looked sideways at Gretzky you got beat up. Can you imagine if mcdavid had that kinda room out there now.
