Like the word "retard". It's a pet peeve when people use it flippantly but I have a family member with mental illness and have volunteered with kids who are challenged. But it's not up to me to regulate the threads and what language is acceptable. If someone was attacking another outside of the usual bantering only then would I really step in and I certainly don't have the patience to go through every page
