That'd be something else. Hard to see it happening though, not because of value or anything but because without him that team is basically dead and ripe for folding or relocation.

I suspect theyd make him the highest paid player in the league before entertaining any offers even if its a good one.

I would agree however it's Tim Murray and we know how he gets, losing out on Vesey maybe Stamkos, let's just say Babcock, you never know. It could get desperate soon with this team, Pegula will pay we know that.

I'd assume Nylander would be one of the first things we would have to include and don't much care for losing him (I think he could be the missing link to the Eichel/Reinhart line).

I think JT is an amazing player, but in the cap age...I'd rather save the money. The numbers would be tricky when trying to resign Jack and Samson if they both have big years. I don't want to lose one of them because they exceed expectations.
