i mean even if it were his fault an upgrade in goaltending just makes the score 2-1 instead of 3 or 4. Doesnt really solve the underlying problem.

Carey Price couldn't help this team. Yeah, I said it. Ok, maybe they'd have 2 or maybe 3 more wins, but still, scoring less than 2 goals a game is pitiful. You'd think the luck has to change with all the (frank)ing posts and open nets, and in the long run it probably will, but goddamn, again they should have scored at least 3 goals if not for that horrendous luck. The Risto shot off the post and the Eichel open net, and maybe even that Girgensons shot near the end that was off the post.

He is basically a pitcher with a 2.00 ERA that gets zero run support.

Nilsson another scrub backup that can't even make it as a backup on another team has 5 wins this year. The backup has 5 wins as does the SAVIOR.

The PP is fine, on a bit of a cold streak, but coming into tonight they ranked 3rd in the NHL on the PP. But the PK is terrible and after a solid start to the season they just completely fell apart.

This team needs major work 5v5. If it wasn't for the PP being amazing they would be Avalanche level bad.
