If that was true, it's scary. He played like a star last night. That blinding speed, along with incredible hands and vision. He backs off defenders with the speed, and then hits the breaks, and dishes to cutting wingers. What a player.

I just got new breaks on my 05/06 civic

So happy I didn't get the new civic when I got a car this summer.

The ground clearance is laughable and they are getting stuck everywhere up here.

HRV is a nice vehicle but that 1.8L engine makes it undriveable.

defend him all you want but he came across as a baby. I'll chalk it up to him being 19
- nastyflyergirl

I don't see it as defending him. I see it as looking at it objectively. He response was competitiveness and fire on the ice, and he was the best player on his team last night. He answered a question from the press calmly, and professionally when he was asked what was going on. Not sure how that's coming across as a baby. I'd speculate that if he wasn't asked, he wouldn't have said anything about it.

I was laughing when the sales guy was saying it won't be a big deal. Maybe in California man.

I like my new Mazda 3 (hatch). With winter tires it's solid. Mazdas hate the cold so you have to watch to plug them in but otherwise quite pleased.

He can give them as tokens of remembrance for all the defenseman he will make look silly.

I enjoy the rivalry that is being made between the Oil and Flyers.

They are a team one can hate easily.

Yes I hope the "break Giroux and Jake up talk will stop now" When they are both on their game only a few other tandems are as dangerous as them. Nice to see Giroux get going. If they both stay healthy I can see them both in the top 5 or 6 in scoring this year.

And those two with Gost are magic in OT.

Hate and love them at the same time. Like when they're playing someone else.

Did they begin making the car in 2005 and finish it in 2006? Is this why you have an 05/06 Civic like a hockey season?

Asking for a friend.

My civic doesn't have much energy left, but the ground clearance is good.

He was during the game against the Bruins as I walked past him in the concourse.

Then again it might have been because his wife is hot.

it didn't really translate on tv.

glad you got to be there. would have loved gene hart calling that one.

i was surprised to find out that the goalies weren't honored pre-game or anything like that. just video clips during commercial breaks etc? meh.

broadcast showed clarke, peeters and hextall in the box upstairs. warmed my bitter heart.

- hammarby31

I'm glad the Heritage Nights are all like that after the first one. Tough guys was the same way. It's no pregame ceremony so our crappy record with those things isn't affecting the Heritage Nights.

I love my 16 civic but yeah it's low to the ground. Almost feels like my ass is dragging along the road.

whiny baby since he mentioned Manning not fighting his goons, Gretz never would have mentioned it then again one of Gretz's goons would have instigated the fight with Manning.

the arena was electric. it was cool for a December game against a western opponent. I think this city is just thirsty for a team that is winning. they interviewed Boosh, Bernie, Peeters and Pelle's fiancee on the board.
- nastyflyergirl

none of which they showed on tv. great job CSN!
