Well yan, 9.99 times outta 10, when you have a motivated buyer and a not so motivated seller, things usually work out in the seller's favour.

Simply put, MB is likely to get fleeced..

Tu sais que ça va mal au centre quand Lehkonen, Byron et Shaw pratiquent leurs mises en jeu.

- stinger67

Those 3 could probably be "Decent" centers TBH.

Lek and Byron have vision. Lek can pass and create plays.

He didn't get fleeced last year when he needed a goalie. That worked out great.
I guess there's always 2017-2018

On manque tellement de joueurs de centre que le pauvre Brian Flynn s'entraîne seul pour les mises-en-jeu ! #CH #RDS

This is a professional hockey team that needs 1 or 2 centres, badly. No need to give the farm for Eklund's lunatic fantasies like Duchene, but giving a prospect or a pick for some experienced C would be better than doing nothing IMO. Last season was a perfect example of what happens when you just sit on your lousy depth.

You guys and your panicking.

They're down Chuckie, and not to discount what he brings to the table, but I'm pretty sure any center would be having a good year alongside Radulov.

As for little Davey being out, he's surely replaceable from within.

i disagree here. your analogy works only if there's one seller. here we have as many as 29 potential sellers. a smart buyer can get value on his purchase if he plays his cards right. question is.... is Bergevin a smart buyer?

Desharnais is irrelevant IMO. he would have produced poop replacing Galchenyuk. i agree his absence isn't a big deal. i think you're underestimating Galchneyuk and how much of an effect HE has had on Radulov as well.

No, last year they lost arguably the best goalie in the world, who also happens to be their best player.

Chuckie's injury is not even close to what happened last year, imo.

Yes 29 potential sellers, looking to fleece a motivated buyer.

Could have seen Radulov centering the first line.

Pacioretty-Radulov-Gallagher could have been a pretty good 1st line.

Followed by 3 4th lines.
