traffic in front didn't look too great though. I thought the shots were a little high, and clear view by goalie.

built from the wings? Huh? Matthews, their top young player, is a centre. Nylander will end up playing centre. Marner is a natural centre. Kadri, their best "vet" is a centre. And they've got Bozak still kicking around. They're overloaded down the middle, that's why some of these guys are playing wing.

Anywho, just my opinion, but Bozak is gone soon ish, Nylander and Marner don't become NHL centremen. That leaves Matthews and Kadri as a 1 and 3 which is good. Hopefully some of Brown, Nylander, Marner, Bracco, Kapanen, Lipstick, Hyman, Soshnikov, JVR, Komagod, Martin turn into great defensive players.

when they were dead last this past season, or think of how brutal they were the year before...this is a quantum leap forward in this short time. They have run into a lot of good goaltending in their schedule so far this year too...the way they're playing, they'll stay in the playoff hunt down to the wire.

Dubnyk was amazing and the Wild did a good job even when they are under seige and the ice is tilted, a lot of good D work from them.

I like that the Leafs went hard trying to come back. This Leafs team seems like it gets pissed when it's losing and believes it can win, can't say that about recent Leaf teams, this one has heart.

They did come back from being down, second time now, and then played hard until the end. The team had a lot of chances but ran into one of the hottest goalies in the league. Not a big deal.
