Bozak is not in the future. Mathews/nylander/kadri are the future top 3 centers.

Cap space is always valuable. Look what AZ did this past year trading cap space for prospects.

Agreed on the goalies. Things are completely different now. Point is making trades don't mean the rebuild is off track.

He may not be the future but the other guy was talking about exposing Bozak to expansion. Lose him for nothing so we can trade JVR for a defenseman we do not need right now.

Also losing Bozak and Brown along with high end picks and prospects for a defenseman again we do not need right no way is also dumb and no way we get a good enough D for Bozak anyway.

Add to the fact the Leafs will open up $15M in cap space with expiring contracts AND Bozak hasn't one year left.

Eventually but why give up two or three forwards now and potentially damage our young forwards' development for a defenseman we we possibly sign in FA. This will allow us to move our forwards we don't need for picks and prospects. You know like Chicago has been doing in their Franchise 3-cup run.
