good morning christian. i believe this to be an unfair statement. if we were willing to trade him for, say, Matt Belesky or Brian Gionta or a pile of used tampons, then yes your statement would indeed have some merit. but being willing to trade him for a young player who is nearly as productive and plays a position at which Montreal is severely shorthanded at the best of times is in no way indicative of hatred toward the subject of this hypothetical. in fact proposing a trade involving a player such as Matt Duchene demonstrates that we hold Pacioretty in rather high esteem, wouldn't you agree?
