Ugly, but corsi stats for one game are mostly meaningless beyond "They didn't have the puck a lot."

yes.

Point was that aside from Gallagher and Galchenyuk, the forwards they picked up are all AHLers or bottom 6 material. Jury is still out for Scherbak and he's slowly showing signs that he may not be a complete bust...but still. They don't have much depth.

Why? Well, part of it is that they never went through a thorough rebuild like some other teams, that doesn't help.

Even if the price is cheap, I don't get how going after a guy like Holland really helps...they will still be missing 2 top 6 forwards
