Ghost with a bad player and poor awareness. Skates the length of the ice to the panthers blue line and dumps it in when the rest of the line had zero speed. 4th line against flyers first. He has to make sure the flyers get into the ozone with possession.

And after that, they are now being fully line matched against them. They're the new 3rd line. I think Leier and Cousins may have 1 shift halfway through the period. The 76-78-13 line is getting rewarded by getting embarrassed by Florida's top line by.....being line matched against them

You crack me up, no kidding. Stating that they're being embarrassed is hyperbole. They're holding their own. The Barkov goal was late recognition by Streit. The main matchup has been with the Provorov/MacDonald pairing.

I agree, goals are what ultimately matter. Flyers may be losing the battle, but are currently winning the war. Hopefully that continues.
