That Montreal car pileup. Wow.
As for Enroth. Good ridance. He's been pretty bad. Didn't expect a lot from him, but better than this. Just about anyone else should be better.
JVR, who knows, maybe he'll sign an extension at a decent cap hit if he thinks this team is going in the right direction. IF we get a really good offer (preferably a defender), then by all means make a trade, but I don't think there's any urgency to trade him if we can't get good value. |

I remember that we had one a few years ago in Edmonton on the highway just south of the city, about 150 vehicle pile-up and 300 injured due to white-out conditions... it was a (frank)ing mess - lumlums
A bajillion years ago, I was in Vermont skiing. The highway from Montreal to Vermont had a 200 car pilep the day before. I rode a chair with a guy who was in it. He says the worst part was you kept getting jolted - the chain reactions just kept going on and on, but you didn't dare get out of your car. |

Yeah, that'd be the worst... if you can't see anything, it's the safest place to be.... possibly |

Something like this happened a few years ago on the 401 west of Toronto. I can't remember if it was fog or white out but there was something like 70-100 car pile up.
The worst thing was that a lot of deaths were caused from people getting out of their car and being pinned between vehicles while the accident kept happening. |

when I used to live in Europe (Austria and Germany) you often heard of these 100+ car pile-ups ... fog and black ice the most common and usually on the "autobahn"... there was always some idiot who gets killed because they got out of their car....

Yes - burn
good news... then Lou can save his tricks for another situation.
there are a few teams that are going to be at risk of losing very good players for nothing, looks like the Wild, Sharks, Islanders at a quick glance...
I believe the rules of the expansion draft are that a single team can only lose one player...

As it stands now he's clearly one of their top 4, not even close.
Who else would they protect as of now? - burn
I like him...just thinking if we grab another D he might get left available.
When he sits and the other 3 play you wonder if they think he's top 4 guaranteed
