Where you buy your dog's food, ask the onwer/manager if they have any open /ripped bags, that always happens and you can get big discounts...and no not that bag!! Yes Garnie I'm looking at you!!!

Last two years of my 80 lb. Labrador's life, her digestive tract was franked up. Yeah, a Labrador who could no longer eat anything.

She had to have special kibble from the vet.

$120 per bag.

Jesus Christ.

We had her on a special formula fresh food after she had to have a tooth removed, and that cost us about $80 for just over two weeks worth... that said, it smelt better than anything coming out of McDonalds, so that was something...

Once upon a time, Mrs. Wedgie took me to see the women play at the Rogers Tennis Cup, followed by Lillith Fair for our anniversary.

I thought for sure she was going to come out to me.

True story (or at least the first sentence).

So, if the puck crosses the goal line, but at the time you can't see it because it's lodged inside the mouth of Kadri's severed head, is that reviewable? A lot of precedent to be set in tonight's reckoning.

I'm gonna drop a big nope on that one - after the recalls that they did following their use of cheap imported byproducts I won't buy their products.
- lumlums

This product is only available through the vet. I trust our vet - he's a freak about animals which is why he became a vet - he's also a long time personal friend with the opportunity to sell any brand of pet food through his clinic - he chose Royal Canin.
The vet formulas are different than the retail formulas, more to do with the fact the cost of the vet products are too high for the Pet Smarts and other retail stores of the world. And our friend is a pretty sharp businessman as well - he knows a healthy, happy, long living dog or cat means happy long term customers and more cash in his pocket.
Our dog was suffering from serious long term gastro issues when we brought him home and he's perfect now.
Your choice of course - which is what makes the world go round. We experimented with other supposed "top quality" brands a couple times which only solidified our stance that we wouldn't use anything else.
Good luck though - hope your puppy gets better.

Oh, and chicken is a very common allergen with dogs.

Wedge - I hear you buddy. My girls have a cat and a dog with issues. I always joke that we could buy a cottage with what we spend on food for them a month. If we use anything else - trouble rears it's ugly head in many horrifyingly disgusting ways.

And yeah, we're lucky that she hasn't shown to be allergic to anything. We're thinking it may be virus or possibly parasite, but will take her to the vet and get a couple of tests done to figure it out

Of all games...

My wife and I were away for the past few days for work, so her parents stayed at our house to look after our daughter. When we got home last night my father in law had the Leaf game on TV. I was surprised as I didn't think the Leafs were playing. Then he mentioned Brown had 4 points...lol. I didn't have the heart to tell him.
