Vesey GOT BOOED BUT IT WASN'T terribly. The Sabre fans were just booing a lot on general it seemed cause half the crowd was Ranger fans starting "Lets GO Rangers" chants all night & they tried to drown it out w boos.

Saw some of the game last night, and it didn't look good. Going to a Christmas party tomorrow night, so I'll miss that game as well. Bummer.

The way the fans went on about it here, if that's a true reflection of the fan base sentiment then Vesey was a sure thing that bolted for the bright lights. I agree 100% with you, he owed them zero (& a good cheap pick up for you guys).

Yep, no doubt he would be rusty. And it absolutely makes sense to give him a game every once in a while, but I don't think he's capable of regular duty in the NHL. He's simply not very good in his own end......and coaches don't seem to like that lol.

Part of the problem is the forward group turning pucks over in the neutral zone and just into the offensive zone, the 6 aren't the reason the forecheck went from feast to famine, I agree it needs an upgrade but it can survive until the deadline

did a lil lg. searching as to how other teams are fairing at the 2month mark of 6months of lg play (oct to mar ).....
No one is blazing ....last 10 around lg best is 7-3..
noticed big losses by Pitt & Ott afterplaying NYR ...seems gettin up like fish Richards do really fall off in next game they play ... bet it & see like 8 out of 10 x it will work.... I bettin on it 4 sure ....
alot of injuries ,teams are contingency planned and using L T R status to fatten up while salary hole is available ...its all about the P O's alot of distractions
holidays -FLU- 1/3 mark of season..... fog clears right after new yrs when they start to see the finish line .... April to June .. my favorite time of yr.......
Teams who came out HOT are trying now to set a pace ( dont be burnt out by P O's)...biggest fears is having nothing left when P O 's start .... or runnin out of gas 3/4 done w/P O's...happens all the time ....
Attrtion is a real factor ..cups have been won by it every yr ...whos healthiest not who's best ....
anyway Teams who came out BAD( fish Richards ) are scramblin to keep it together
and get back in to the mix..... BIG WINS Pitt/Wash? who knows w/them
we got our own issues ....

Krieds: which one will show up ...beastmaster or clark kent ?
Nash : health & stayin power?
Rooks 3 (buchny-vesey -shey ) growth or peaked ?

Step -Zucc showing signs of leveling not maybe jsut pacing
D : must find top pair ...MAC _SHEY ? why the heck not ?
i think the rest will fall in place if they get Mac a real partner ...

push the pairs & the other 4 are top 3-6 D men ..... Its a MUST ....
