Simple. Snow hired Crappy. Snow also drafted and signed these players. Hence, if Snow fires Crappy, then it looks like he made a bad hire. He can't have that now, can he. Also, he isn't going to trade any of the boys that he drafted or signed. Why? again it would look like a fail. But Griff, you bring up? Griff was not one of Snows "boys". After he drafted him he found out that Griff didn't want to play here.
