Totally disagree, only way the team will know what he is or developing into is to play him, u dont use a 1st rd pick player to sit, then send him back 2 juniors and let him develop his game, wont happen in press box. Plus making mistakes is human its a part of developing.....

He shouldn't just sit like Barzal did but a game or 2 in the pressed doent hurt and let's him see the game and the points the staff is trying to make to him.

The way this team is constructed, YES, again it depends on how a roster is assembled. But with this team, if the kid makes the team and stays with team, YES play him or send him back to juniors. Isles are NOT a talented group, so having him play & learn & develop is key, thats why the talent on this team is putrid....
