I was watching the NHL channel the other night, and they were talking about the one-timer that Jack Eichel unleashed on his first night back... it was ungodly.

I don't know how he generates the kind of torque he does with his hands so close together, but he does, and he had his stick in a shooting position before the puck arrived... no wasted time and no wasted motion... it was a thing of beauty, really.

Ghost could learn something from Provorov who gets almost everything through. Guys just expect Ghost to shoot and game plan around it. He has to change his release point or fake it and blow around a guy or something.
