You need the right buyer interested. Since we've established these are not investments you need someone who can splurge 2.5 billion on a toy. Basically net worth over 10 billion. So only a market of 30-50 guys.

Definitely possible. In a quick forced liquidation 2.5 may be tough. I think 1.5 would get done in a 6 month time frame.

Issue with San Fran is its notorious awful with female talent. If I were a solid 7 and cared about money with some intelligence it's where I'd look for a husband. All the hot chicks go to LA Miami and NYC.
