I honestly think Andersen is a really good goalie. At some point, he'll only be as good as the team defense though. We gotta work on that obviously. If we can upgrade our D 2 or 3 guys (easier said than done) I'm more than confident Andersen is the guy we want/need
- walshyleafsfan

I agree Walsh...always felt he was the guy and watched him in Anaheim a lot. Besides, why else would some really smart people give him a long contract?

And I agree the D in front of him is really important too. If we had a Shea Weber with Rielly, Andersen's numbers would be crazy good.

#1C....check.
#2C....check.
#3C....check.

Wingers...check and check.

#1G....check.

#1ish D...check.

#1/2D....whomp, whomp, whawhommmmm. (*Price is Right loser noise.)

It was broken for about 10-15 seconds. Miller and Ferraro noticed how Larsson was holding his stick weird after he blocked a shot with it. If that was any Leaf player, they would have been called. Probably.

Glad you're back.

Now on another note.....anyone know the do's and don't of getting terminated/fired at your job in Ontario? 10 years at said job, and given 20 weeks notice. Does that take the employer off the hook for any other compensation?

Any of you dudes lawyers? Pm me if so!

2 weeks seems a bit low especially for 10 years....I received 3weeks per after 19 years when my job closed....I'd get legal council before accepting.

So technically it's not 20 weeks notice, it's notice now that he could be sent home at any time however they have to pay him an additional 20 weeks from this date based on his 10 years there?

So basically he's getting those 20 weeks no matter what.... time to go home and find a new job and take the 4 months pay.

Yep, some companies will pay more...bigger ones that don't want any bad publicity...the bigger the company the more you can try to pry out of them. ( depending what kind of job and if you can find 1 that's similiar etc etc )

That's basically it. If they pay out 20 week, they can send you home at that point.
