Ya but that's what u have to do to keep him off the sheet. He's gonna have to drop his stick and grab with both hands and hope the ref doesn't see it like last time. How much did u guys pay the ref?
- Dogla

Personally, I paid the ref 43 cents out of my own pocket

The others will have to weigh in on that.

Oh it is.

and the answer is not much alone.....high picks and/or prospects would have to be added to get a decent 5-6 dman.

- Fakepartofme

Huh?

High picks/prospects to get a decent 5-6?

Assets considered to be "high picks or prospects" are pieces that get added to deals for top 4 guys, not 5-6.

$100,000

Probably seems like a lot of money to you, but what the hey, you live in a hovel without running water.

For MLSEL, it was helpful to give that money to the ref - the pile was preventing them from opening the door to the Champagne fridge.

IMO Holland and a 2nd will not get you a quality top 4 guy. Not the quality we need.

I get the feeling we are going to end up giving away Holland for nothing.

Nice guy, blah blah blah, but let's be honest: he's not in our future plans.

Give him away - the extra space on the 50 contract limit will be the reward.

Agreed. I don't think Holland will necessarily be the trade for a Dman, but I do think he will be traded.

- Dogla

F'n eh we do.
He's so good that in no time he will take away the Mc from McDavid.

McMarner will rule the league....but dont worry....David will still be good.

If a GM is interested in Holland.

It's because he's thinking about going to the actual country and got all confused.
