I wasn't aware that he's been constantly going to the media to complain about management/coaching decisions.

I don't know about going to the media but he drops selfish comments to the media way too often for someone trying to break into the league at 20. It's been 4 times now. He's not ever going to fit in if he doesn't change his attitude.
