I could only watch the first period and the Yotes out-worked the Oil from what I saw. They were quicker on the puck.

He has a point tho. Tampa Bay will do fine without Stamkos, much, much better than Edmonton would minus McDavid. If RNH and Draisaitl were the top 2 centers we would be in trouble...especially without Hallsy.

Stamkos also isn't their best player; that's Hedman. It could also be argued that Kucherov is a better player than Stamkos- especially since the injuries have become a concern.

If we took a salary dump back or are some of the dollars, maybe on fayne. But I'd be shocked if someone claims him and takes both years


I don't think Hamiltons worth near that money, but he can certainly help the pp. I'm certain Calgary can get a better return than that, they probably want a guy that at least might be a sniper/scorer.
