I'm still sad about Lack being traded, but given the option I wouldn't undo it. Just saying sometimes being upset about past trades is based purely on liking the player and no hockey sense at all. The problem only arises when someone says Benning is a horrible GM for trading Lack and Bieksa

This might help.

Boeser was drafted between 18-2. Stecher went undrafted through those years but had he of left college early he could of signed as as free agent.

A european player generally wouldn't opt in to be drafted at that age and can also sign a UFA contact like Panarin did last year is my understanding. I think as long as the european player is over 20 they can choose to sign as a FA or opt into the draft, but I don't see the point.

The player you mentioned likely can only be signed as a FA at this stage as he is playing in NA and couldn't opt into the draft at 22. He would have to forgo the rest of his college career though if he signed a professional contract.

That's awesome. Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks.

Sorry I disagree, but there isn't any point in getting into it as it has gone around and around on here many times.

Our definition of patience and building through the draft might be different. I'm okay with that you're still a good poster.

Mornin'

Here's the game-day preview. Sounds like Baertschi is out with a foot injury, boo!

Also, some thoughts on the Hutton contract...

Exactly. Everyone wants a rebuild folks just have differing opinions on the way to do it. You are an adequate poster

If you want a really good laugh, read the comments on the canucks Facebook page. Facebook is truly the place for idiots to voice themselves.

heres 1
copper chisels and handles used in ancient Egypt to carve stone as opposed to chicken bones like he claims. Any historian of that time knows they used metals.

They also used stone cracking techniques so they didnt need to chisel the majority of it out.

If you listen to that guy or any of them on the show humans did nothing by themselves....most unwatchable show Ive ever seen

When and who's they? I've only seen a little of the show in it's 7 or 8 seasons but they didnt base it all on artifacts from one era.... many megalithic sites were built before the accepted time tables of metal tools... to me, it pushes back the time tables instead of alien contact... but to claim "any historian know"s... for one... is the wrong field, two... obviously they don't know because the sites we find keep contradicting the time boundaries set by the establishment archaeologists. This establishment dictates what we accept about ancient man. Even with science crushing the model we believe, the people who promote it get marginalized and pushed out to the lunatic fringe.

Just being a guest on that show has destroyed the credibility of some very serious researchers who do not believe in alien contact like Graham Hancock and Robert Schoch. Bad move on their part. The dates that were given by them on the Sphynx have always been dismissed because "man was just hunter-gatherers then" but once the dates at Gobekli Tepe were confirmed to be 10,500 BC, the idea should have been blown wide open but they are still dismissed for a consensus based on centuries old theories supported by no science whats so ever.... *assumptions* that it was the same era as the Pyramids... even though geologists have come up with vastly older dates.

I always criticized the show the most for not recognizing that maybe these cultures they are always comparing that are separated by oceans had contact with each other more often than is accepted. Maybe just maybe a fkn boat is responsible and not space ships flying around. Even today, fishermen off the African coast break down and drift for weeks washing up on the shores of Brazil with survivors on board. The evidence that Mediterranean cultures have been showing up in South America for thousands of years is quite incredible and there is even genealogical evidence to prove it now. It's almost like that show is used to discredit the real discoveries that could possibly reshape everything we know about man and his spiritual beliefs.
