Ageed jvr is a nice center piece, but they have to make a decision soon, do they want playoffs? Then a least two d men would be needed, or tank and draft? I'd prefer to tank one more season, cause 1 for expansion draft reasons, and cap!if we stay the course, we'll be in good shape cap wise next year!

I feel they are better not "going for it" this year. Give players more time to develop, maybe grab some more good young players in this draft, and take advantage of the expansion draft rather than being a victim of it.

If the team as is can make the playoffs, that's great, but don't make too many serious moves that could cost us in the future (such as trading picks).

I really hope Matthews can pot one (or more) tonight. I'm sick of seeing how many games he's gone scoreless and you just know it's gotta be frustrating to him to not be producing. I'm sure he feels a lot of pressure to live up to being the #1 overall, especially in Toronto, even though he always seems so calm in interviews.

The boys in the dressing room were laughing last night about cheap tickets in Toronto.

World Cup tickets in September were going for way below face value.

Grey Cup tickets are being given away.

And for the holidays, there will be the WJCs plus the Outdoor Classic, complete with an alumni game. I guaran-efffing-tee cheap tickets will be in abundance.

At what point to sports fans turn their backs on these games? When I can buy a new 60" TV for less than the cost of attending a game with my family, it starts getting a little stupid.
