Definitely thinks it's important to make a play for a veteran top pairing guy. Wish they could have gotten Campbell...but obviously there's no way he wanted to come here.
Oh god...what about Markov on a short deal?

Wait till next season.....or the offseason with all the expansion draft hoopla. I mean what's the real goal this season? To try and make the playoffs or to figure out what we have in terms of the kids?
Adding a vet means we have one more guy to protect in the draft (I mean why trade for someone you can lose?) |
