Last night was a team collapse, no two ways about it. But the poopty players still suck, even if they didn't directly cost the game. and yes, I know Polak was scratched, but the revolving door of suck includes him, Hunwick and Marincin. So it doesn't much matter which of them plays - they all are terrible hockey players

Yeah offensively he's not been great yet, it's his defensive game that is surprising me.

Our defense will be changed without trading our young F core next July 1st when about 20 mill in poop contracts comes off the books...it shouldn't be that difficult to upgrade our bottom 4 D by signing 2-3 and promoting 1-2 from the farm.

Gotta keep an eye on the big picture...this season is still transition

The problem is that none of the players that you made available at the end of your comment are enough for the Leafs to make a significant upgrade on D.

If you want an upgrade on D, it's a significant player going the other way.
