Not sure why people are upset that our team is playing .500 hockey right now. Tank mode? I figured we'd be in the bottom 5 this year. Just how much improvement do people expect from the team that was 30th last year? They are actually doing well.

Agreed that they are doing well in terms of total points but some of these losses have been pretty dumb. Big time blown leads. That's the annoying part. |

We all knew going in to this season that defense was going to be our weakness. We have the offense, but need better defense. Not just the backend, but better team defense too.
A lot of rookies at forward, rookies at defense and just poopty vet dmen. Why are people surprised by games like tonight? It's something they'll work on.
Plus we played our backup goalie that hadn't played in like a month. Andersen in net tonight and we'd likely have won. |

Once you have taken your timeout. The opposite team can now cheat sucessfully in the crease and interfere with the goalie for the rest of the game without worrying goals will be disallowed.

I'm just saying they should change change the rule because it's flawed right now and this is a pretty good reason why. ahhwell! Do this in the playoffs and it would have been a huge discussion for a couple of days i'm sure... the comeback shouldn't have happened in the first place so it's on them to lose the game anyway... |
