I have absolutely zero interest in anything to do with Vegas or any other expansion. This league is already way too watered down. Any team that has started to acquire depth will lose a depth player. Teams can not find a #1 Centre, #1 defenceman etc but we add another team?
How about this league relocate the dead weight teams like Bettman's Coyotes, the Hurricanes etc.
You know... the teams that have terrible attendance and don't make money.

Vegas is perfect NFL market if all you care about is making money. 8 games a year opposing fans plan vegas trips around when their team is in town. No brainer. Yeah no homefield advantage sucks but really NFL is about making the rich richer vs winning a championship.

They could not use Las Vegas Knights, and the London Knights have a trade mark using that name.

Yes, It's nice to have something simple to be able to draw as a kid (I imagine EK still draws logos on his notebook while podcasting), however, it would have been nice for someone to research what a knight was and what their helmets looked like...

It's like the research went as far as typing "knights helmet" in google image search. Saw this on the first page

The team isn't really in Miami and there absolutely are Panthers in South Florida, not very many left, they're critically endangered.

And the Penguins are the Penguins because the arena looked like an igloo, and the fact that nobody knew that igloos are in the arctic and that penguins are only in the southern hemisphere didn't really matter.
