I didn't say they are.

Yes you said.

Dave Hakstol is the greatest coach of all-time and is without fault. These are the facts.

has the octopus been covered in expired mayonnaise for a week? or did someone take an octopus that had been dead for a week and cover
him with mayonnaise?

- YuenglingJagr

Little bit of both.

um, pulled pork with cole slaw is fantastic
- Scoob

Cole slaw is trash.

That said.... I would understand THAT particular combination, even if I don't like it.

However, that sandwich is not on the Primanti Bros menu:

I disagree that Couturier has "mitts of a brick layer". He actually has very good hands, and a really good wrist shot. I believe he has a confidence issue right now, and is thinking too much. Last night, Mason overplayed to one side on the wrap around goal, but otherwise was very good, including in the shootout. Mason's play last night gave the team a chance to win the game.

saying brick layers don't have soft hands is also a bit stereotypical

Has to be the latter. Nobody leaves mayonnaise around long enough to expire.

Well, you can debate that if you wish, but I got the gist of what he was trying to say with that analogy.

Primantis cole slaw isnt even good and the fries are soggy. The meat is also as tough as the mitts of a brick layer

Horrible time for a picture but how the hell do you hold that many baseballs.

Funny story, as a kid (somewhere around age 5 or 6) I met Bob Boone at an autograph signing. I proceeded to tell him he was my second favorite catcher. Bob Boone's reply "let me guess, Johnny Bench, and yes he's my son's favorite player too."

I think "hands of brick" would be a bit more correctifying.

I would eat there.

But what kind of dork calls out the #2 best seller? (No, it's not ironically funny.)

Well, he's not Mike Liberthal, who was no Darren Daulton. But he's okay as a BENCH player. GET IT!?!?!?

No, that was hands of steel. You can't make a rod of brick...can you?

I mean, you could mold one, sure, but it's not typically done.

Some of those sandwiches just sound horrid with cole slaw and fries on them.

I'd probably go due to it being like out of towners going to Pat's or Geno's here.

I think Couturier has always been a bit gun shy with the puck. His confidence being down is just compounding that. He passed up a clear shot from the slot last night. That can't happen, he's at his best when he's funneling pucks to the net and getting his hands dirty near the crease.

The quality of scoring chances this team defense is giving up is out of control. Mason saved at least 10 goals last night but is chastised for 1 bad read on a major defensive break down.
