Connor Brown will be fine, especially when they get Komarov out of there.

And I really hope the Leafs capitalize on Bozak's offensive start this year. He has been on similar paces (last year when I won the bet). And then cools down. I know that Marner is like a more defensive Phil Kessel with JVR and Bozak, but long term, the leafs need to capitalize on these ups and downs.

I agree they need to capitalize on the ups, however they also need to ensure the kids continue to grow with some veteran leadership on their lines. Bozak whether at a peak or valley will only yield a certain level return. I would think the Leafs value the development of the youngsters over anything this year, even winning.

Although it is clear Marner is the star of his line, he carries that line on most nights. I am still impressed the Leafs sent down as many vets as they did at the beginning of the year to open up space for Brown and Sosh

It will come, they will bring them up slowly when ready. Got to think Leivo, Kap and Lipstick are knocking to get another shot later in the year upon injury or trades at the deadline.

I wouldn't be surprised if Babcock puts Matthews on a line with JVR and Marner for a few shifts to bust out of his slump.

Still, having three scoring lines (even if 1/3 is slumping) is more than we've had since The Grabovski, Bozak, Kadri lines a few years ago.
