Quinoa is ok, I bought some quinoa/rice garlic flavored microwave thing from the land of great meet departments, and I was pretty impressed.

I have a glass electric cook top in this house . I really hate it compared to my gas one at my other house . Gonna switch to a gas drop in . next year.

Some day, "when Im rich," I'd like a resturant quality gas stove.
Cant get a wok hot enough to do legit stir fry on my current gas stove.
Electrics are useless. and if your electric goes out, you're screwed.
Can still light a gas stove with a match or lighter.

I actually boiled water the other day and it went well, but it's just so unnatural feeling lol. Plus electric stoves have that weird smell while cooking. It's just no good lol. Maybe I should just start cooking everything by campfire
