I'd like to see Pirri on the line with Vesey and Hayes.
If you are putting Nieves on the 4th line, why not have him with Fast who can make up for any rookie defensive lapses?? |

You know the Nucks are going to have the same plan this game. 5 guys in the neutral zone as mush as possible. Rangers better be prepared to dump & chase. |

Dunno, he has been very noticeable defensively and he is pretty good in the dot. |

Yeah, going to be hard to carry the puck through the neutral zone as the Rangers like to do. Nucks going to do everything they can to slow down the Rangers on the rush.

I would have kept Hayes and Miller together and moved Vesey up. In addition, keep Fast on fourth line and play Lindberg or Pirri on third.
PP combos:
#NYR PP1: McDonagh, Pirri, Zuccarello, Miller, Zibanejad.
PP2: Skjei, Vesey, Hayes, Nash, Stepan.
Nieves on PK. |

knowing AV, we're going to see about 20 different looks tonight. Not worried where each player starts the 1st tonight. |

Same here, its a fight to make it to the end of period 1. Thankfully only 1 more long Western swing, the LA, San Jose, Anaheim trip. |

Brett Cyrgalis: Vigneault continues vagueness re: Kreider, not saying where he is or what is being evaluated. Hoping they'd have an update "in 48hrs" #NYR
Not rushing to judgment but on face of it, sure as heck doesn't sound great |

Which actually was a broken vertebrate in his neck and misdiagnosed and led to almost the entire training staff being fired? lol

yea that too.
Seriously lets just hope its a minor thing they are just covering all the bases with & that's all. I hate the policy (its in all teams in all sports now)to be so vague with injury reports. It leads to all crazy speculation when sometimes its nothing. Remember how coo koo we all got 2 yrs ago when Hank had the injury? The worst part is not knowing anything. |

Fast is reliable in all 3 zones. I don't mind Fast. He works hard and doe what he needs to do to play well. I like him. Just wondering how Pirri can't get off the 4th line. It's not a big issue. |

Reeks of Concussion. I called that from the get go when it was "neck spasms." |
