I read that Kreider took a non-medical leave of absence to be with his family as they had reported a stalker. Some guy in a Kreider jersey with no pants on named Matt who seemed to be extremely intoxicated and kept smashing on their window asking for Chris' baby pictures - rangerdanger94

In sixteen games so far, the Rangers have a total of 27 goals from five players that make a combined total of $5,550,000 (Grabner, Pirri, Fast, Buchnevich and Vesey). That is unreal production value relative to the cap.

right now, they have to be seriously considering protecting Grabner in expansion draft. His cap hit is gold.
Thanks Jan, missed the 3rd.
Those stats are crazy, 177-3-8. I'm OK with the shutdown if there is a 2 goal lead.
Kreider has me worried, guess he is going to be out for a few games. Hopefully this neck issue gets resolved soon,. If Buch is out Tuesday I would go with Boo and call up Glass as well. If Glass has played well, no reason to not give him a shot since we have the cap space. - Fenrir
Been away for a bit, but glad to see RD's boy is still lighting it up. Leading the Rangers in goals and +/1 and third in points.
RD was ahead of the curve with his love.
Think he breaks his career high of 34 goals in 2010-2011?

No need to protect Raanta..he is good yes, but I don't think he will get drafted.
If I am not mistaken it is 1 from each team? - MacT27
The way he has played for us, if I was a team with suspect goaltending, I would take Raanta as a starter in a heartbeat. He may not get drafted as there might be more established starters in the draft.

I wouldn't bet the farm just yet. LONG season, just gotta enjoy what he's done so far.
