the bigger problem, is the only line that has stepped up is foligno, larsson and gionta, as the second line

and they should be the 3rd line

It's pretty sad when your whole team revolves around 1 guy. Even the Penguins win games without Crosby on fairly consistent basis.

Let's say, though, that he does have an underwhelming year. The sophomore slump phenomenon is real. I believe McKinnon went from 63 pts to 38 in his second year. Is he a disaster?
