where does everyone see moulson finishing in goals this year? Do you think the first 15 games are a fluke or can he keep up this pace/close to it. Which range would you say?

I think this is a type of injury that won't be fully healed until the offseason anyways.

I still can't believe he of all guys got hurt the day before the season. This city...

1st "bad" week in that I had no jets players other than laine which was the winning ingredient, still had 546.5

A loss to DD this week would be 3rd L in a row

Depends on how bad the tear was. It may not fully heal for months but same time i wouldnt force him into the lineup. Its tough luck but when i first saw it i thought it was the knee and thought his career was on the line.

As the one guy said, every state is different... typically I believe almost all have a minimum hours/weeks worked before they can be applied though. 8-16 weeks worked beforehand in the last 5 quarters (I think) depending on the state to my knowledge.

edit: oh, and some have a minimum earned needed as well. But I might be crossing into UE comp rules. They mirror a good bit on some things.

- Guile

Well 12 years ago in NY when I tore my ACL on my 6th day on the job there was no minimum. They very well may have changed the laws since, but they still pay for all my poop, so I'm not complaining. In 2010 there was a big change in how they pay for things-they clamped down on almost everything-, but to my knowledge there was no change to the minimums.

He's really young, so likely yes, but if he was an old (frank) like you it would probably be a different story. But seriously when you get into your 40's and 50's things of that nature don't heal as well.

Stamkos has 19 points already. Do you think a Sabre will have 19 by Jan 1st?

You know i was just thinking that right after i posted

Also might be nothing but the sabres have had a scout in attendance at the last two avs games and we dont play them anytime soon.

- Sabresfan-365

I'm not saying it's nothing, but we generally reed way too much into who's scouting whom. Especially in this area where a lot of the scouts are from. They're paid to watch games so if they have a free night and there happens to be a game in Buffalo or Toronto they'll go to the game even if their teams aren't talking.

If it isn't worked back in the right manner , as in pushed . It could develop scar tissue which could be worse . so only he knows his limits. Just hope he is smart enough to know them.

They're both on my team too. I have like half the Jets on my team. I must be Broads.

Scheifele, Wheeler, Ehlers, Laine, and Byfuglien.

Again though, I think we should be going for a 3 line team.

Kane is good at getting the puck to the offensive zone. Let him take the D draws with Larsson and have the objective be to the flip the ice to an offensive faceoff

It's giving him the 18-20 minutes a night and expecting his line to produce that's driving me nuts. That's not him

- sbroads24

I think you're underestimating the impact Eichel has on him and Reinhart and a team. At the end of last year they were playing very well together once they got used to each other.

I'll give you an example since everyone's so keen on comparing the Sabres to the Pens. Chris Kunitz was basically on his way out of the league(ok that might be pushing it, but he was on the way down for sure) before going to Pittsburgh, he gets put on a line with Crosby and he scores 35 goals at age 35. Sometimes good players need good players to be good. Good.
