I get where you are going. Way I see it is we got two maybe 3 guys that could actually be traded for anything of value. It's not going to make much of a difference if the system and players don't get it together.

Benning would be let go before Linden, FA uses Linden as his mouthpiece and go-between to give fans the appearance that he's hands off.

Right now the flames need a top line winger ...after that I'm not worried about what we pick ...maybe a good shutdown D ...which typically aren't first rounders

Top line winger for sure for the Flames.

Foote plays in Kelowna WHL for the Rockets. Projected out of the top 10 for now but might move up.

I think Van needs to build thru the D and this kid looks great.

Plus I have a few scout buddies that work for Kelowna and the London Knights that just love this kid.

Might be a steal.
