It has everything to do with committing to players who play the right side contract wise. Voracek, Simmonds, Weise. There was never a guantee Konecny was gonna make the team this year and him adjusting to the left side was an experiment that worked out. Konecny doesn't make the team if he doesn't learn to adjust. Not every player can adjust to the switch.

MS has no cure. Management only and eventually one will succumb to it. Whatever "relief" is found is only temporary.

That is, one can go on for a time living a normal life but it's a chronic thing that will only get worse. Ticking time bomb so to speak.
