Sounds mean, but if you can't give a cursory explanation of checks and balances, enumerated powers, and explain where the general welfare clause is in the constitution and why, don't vote please.

Heck, I saw someone asking on FB yesterday where to vote, if you don't even know where you vote or why districts are important, STAY HOME. That's why we end up with Trump and Clinton.
