Part of me agrees with you. The other part of me says the indifference to politics over the past 30 years or so is what got us here in the first place. The current system thrives on the distracted and indifferent voter.

Team needs more scoring. I hope Nylander gets acclimated quickly. Grant is useless. Ennis is a shell of his former self. Not impressed with Deslauriers or Fasching. Get a fast, young fourth line (worked for the Pens).

That's pretty much what they had yesterday. Bailey and Baptiste.

If our guys could actually hit a wide open net (Foligno, I'm looking at you), we would have won yesterday easily.

Bailey/ Baptiste > Fasching/ Deslauriers. I'd prefer to see Schneider up over Grant

Yeah, I don't mind Grant on the team, but Bylsma is trying too much to get him kickstarted by giving him PP time. At this point, use that same philosophy on someone else since it hasn't worked 10 games in to the season

Bylsma seems to have his "guys". Gionta, Grant, Gorges ("g" guys I guess). He loves him some steady yet unspectacular vets. That's all well and good if you have dynamic scorers, but we don't. we need scoring from everywhere. I still think this team is fine, especially with 15 and 9, but I'm not too high on Bylsma at all.

From the last blog, 'Alive' is not a soccer movie. I'm pretty sure it was a rugby team.

I'm pretty sure half the team missed the net at some point yesterday when it was wide open. I pointed out Foligno though, because he missed it a good 5-6 times all by himself.

with ror, okposo, moulson, gionta, larsson, foligno, reinhart

thats 7

then you can kick start ennis or girgens

thats 9

then you could also give bailey or baptiste a little time on the pp

grant is the last guy that should be getting any pp time

Agreed. Time to swap someone else into the spot - personally I'd prefer it to be one of the 2/3 (including when Fasching is around) youngsters.

Still a lot of young guys
Takes time for talent to turn into consistency
We're on the right track
But there's still gonna be some games that'll be rough to watch

I'm still confident that this team will either just make the playoffs,
or just miss

Kyle Okposo - 28 years old - 21 minutes of ice time
Brian Gionta - 64 years old - 19 minutes of ice time
Marcus Foligno - 25 years old - 18 min of ice time
Ryan O'Reilly - 25 years old - 22 minutes of ice time
Dimitri Kulikov - 26 years old - 22 minutes of ice time
Ristolainen - 22 years old - 25 minutes
Reinhart - 21 years old - 16 minutes

These were the ice time leaders. What are you talking about that this is a young roster?
