I don't think it's blaming the QB so much as wanting a QB that can win a game when the defense is playing poorly. The Bills haven't had that in years. The closest thing to it might be Fitzpatrick.

But with zero offensive playmakers there isn't one QB in the league that could do that with the Bills WR's.
