It's amazing how dumb Cordell sounds. The homer and hater in him don't do him justice... it's like Richard cloutier in disguise. He has actually contradicted himself about a dozen times in the last dozen or so write ups.
All the moronic statements of "wo price the habs are poop" is lazy and idiotic. Any team arguably without their best player is not as good.... or perhaps Dare I say not a playoff team. The statement is lazy... I challenge any one of those morons to a legit write up on how the habs will fail after what we've seen this year. I also bet each one of those guys haven't watched one NHL game other then their favorite Team. Their hockey iq is nil and what's more sad is that none of them would admit that they have a biased and skewed take on their write ups. They sound like fools. My frustration is not because someone writes something I don't like... it's the dishonesty being made to sound like an educated assessment.... there's nothing to back up their pov

It's not just them. "Lols habs suck. Price!!!" Is something I'm hearing far too often from a lot of people. The whole argument hinges on last year's performance, which doesn't hold very well when the not even average back up goalie was his replacement, not to mention the plethora of other crippling injuries they had. Like I said I don't understand the hate towards the habs. Oh and also to those using advanced stats to make an argument for their season so far making statements such as "unsustainable shooting percentage and poopty corsi", you don't even realize the hypocrisy. The reason shooting is supposedly unsustainable is because you're arguing it's a small lucky sample size, ie shooting percentages convert to the mean over a larger sample. Therefore if you're going to make the argument the sample size is too small, then the corsi and possession samples are also too small to say they suck at possession.
They had better possession numbers last year with a worse team, do you think that their bad possession is "sustainable" Cordell?
