I'm not convinced KO will have this huge impact for Buffalo. It' still way too early.

I'm not crazy about the 3 goalies, but it did not seem to bother Greiss last year. I would not mind moving Halak. They lose tomorrow and something big better happen.

Word tonight is that after @walsha Twitter blast of NYI carrying three goalies, NYI GM has let league know Jaroslav Halak is available.

If PAP wasn't working out, what would you get for him? A bag of pucks? A 7th round pick .... maybe? Meanwhile, he's taking a roster spot.

This would not be a surprise. I get not liking the 3 goalies, but it's pretty weak to blame giving up two bad goals on the 3 goalies. It's not like Halak is sitting like Berube and not playing. Berube has it really rough.

I got blocked by Galoff because I disagreed with him on Twitter....Walsh is doing whats best for his client...no way the Islanders should be carrying three goalies...the Kings probably want Greiss...I guess Snow doesn't believe in win-win...Greiss and a pick to LA for Pearson is a win for both teams...

I iike Greiss better than Halak. Halak is high maintenance. What's his excuse going to be if the Isles move a goalie and he still gives up bad goal? Greiss showed a lot last year and should be the guy with Berube as backup.

No Gm really gives up young talent for a G unless elite G

I love the weak goals description. Having Crosby open within 3 ft of the net is NEVER a weak goal. The team as a whole let that game get away. Prince getting accolades for a lucky bounce that landed on his stick off the glass and a drop pass in the neutral zone for an assist is about the (frank)ing funniest thing and best description of the gong show that is the ny islanders and the puppet clowns that cover them. Give me a (frank)ing break

Berube has shown literally nothing that substantiates him as an nhl goaltender. Not one thing. Then there's the cap space argument. We'll if we trade Halak well what the hell are we clearing cap space for? Prince or Quine extensions? (frank)ing ridiculous

I have to disagree Cpt. I thought Halak gave up two bad goals. I think it's weak for the agent to bring up the 3 goalies and especially now with the team struggling. Halak played at the worlds and has played games with the Isles. He has had plenty of work. Berube has really not be given much of a look. Hard to say if he can play in the NHL or not.

You know I'm onboard with getting rid of Garth and Cappy. We need all Isles fans to follow my lead and let Ledecky know we do not trust the GM and coach.

The word was we had to wait to see how Halak played at the Worlds before we could move him. Hope his contract will not stop him from being moved. You get the sense things could get very interesting if they lose again tomorrow. Still early but it's close to a must win tomorrow.
