"If Snow did that there would have been a mutiny!" - Cptmjl
Hamonic is so important to this team. They could never be 3-5 without him. |

Go with my prediction made early this afternoon. Isles lose this and the next two games in regulation and Cappy gets fired. Bank on it. |

He also told us the rangers were going to lose against us because there was a ceremony before the game! |

Not sure we ever got solid confirmation that it was a one-for-one swap. But regardless, it sure would have been nice to have Hall. - JohnScammo
Even if it was Hamonic + it would have been worth it. Regardless of Hall or no Hall, this team has no faith in Cappy. Just put the guy out of his misery. It's only going to get worse. |

Cappy is probably already looking around every corner for Ledecky. Just end it already. Cappy has probably been more of a basket case since July when Ledecky took over. |

They played two games against two solid teams and a lot of flaws exposed. Good news is 74 games to go to fix this thing. May get to .500 by Thanksgiving. |

I thought they would do better than they did tonight. They usually play the Pens tough. I don't know what to think anymore.
Honestly if we knew for certain Crappy would be gone if they lost the next two I would be praying for them to get shellacked. I think it will take more than the next two. The bad part is they are playing a lot of home games now. They can't afford to tank these games. |

My theory is based on losing these games in regulation which will result in them being in LAST PLACE.......which will prompt a meeting between Ledecky and Snow. |

The stupid 3 point games mean .500 is a losing team. They need to be at least .560 to have a chance at the playoffs. |

During the meeting Snow will explain that it will cost over 25 million to buy out Ladd's contract as opposed to 1 million to give Capuano a raise.

I would be shocked if Ledecky waits too long. He has been waiting to be able to make moves since 2014. I would think he is really looking to put his stamp on this team. Ledecky is a guy who likes to meet with the fans and it's not going to look good to let this team crumble without making moves. I think he should remove Garth and Cappy and have CL take over for this year and see how it goes. No need to wait any longer on Cappy and Garth. |

I don't want them to meet. I want Ledecky to call Snow and tell him his last check is in the mail and the personal effects in his office are being shipped to him, then hang up. |

Snow is not a 1st year GM you have to have patience with or someone another team is going to grab up. No reason at all to wait any longer. Ledecky is going to be even more popular if he makes moves now. It's a win win. No downside at all. |

That's unlikely, unless Ledecky has a GM waiting in the wings for his opportunity. |

He's got Lou's kid he can use for this year. Hopefully he has someone in mind. He's had two years to think about it. |

Ledecky has had two years to think about who he might like to have take over for Garth. I know I would have given it plenty of thought.
From Wiki.
Lamoriello played college hockey at Providence College where he graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history. In 1996 he joined the New Jersey Devils of the National Hockey League (NHL) as a scout. In September 2001, Lamoriello took over the dual role of Senior Vice President of Hockey Operations for the New Jersey Devils (NHL) and General Manager for their AHL affiliate, the Albany Devils.[1
