Not looking to good so far , We got Doug Weight to thank for him - roadworker
He's a former cup winner......lets not act like he's an unproven rookie. He'll turn it around. Maybe he's just not mean to play with JT. |

How so? Are they friends or former teammates? - JohnScammo
I think they were on the Canes together. |

I agree with him. Don't miss him at all. Not worried about Ladd. - Cptmjl
He will get his points, but he's off the first line already so that "DUO" that they were going to be for us took a hit here early. there's still time but i said it over the summer. Just because a guy is good on another team doesn't mean he's going to mesh or find the same chemistry with new team mates. One of the problems of letting your core players walk and having a fA come in to take their place. It's amazing how many times these type of FA signings just don't work out.

There's lots of players in this league that have won a cup. If he's not the player for the first line then he's overpaid and we are in serious trouble. At this point this team has one first line player. |

There is only one way to settle this 7. KO and Ladd duel it out on Xbox. |

(frank) off if you don't at least love this https://youtu.be/Q9Awi-Yt1mA - Upstate_isles
I'll be honest with you.....that was great for sure, but the best part of that video is the look on Laviolettes face. Man what i wouldn't give to have him behind this teams bench. |

Lavy and Trotz both available and we keep Cappy.
All reports are that Lavy and Wang are tight and it was MM who fired Lavy. |

Yup, always liked Coach Pete. Rumor had it that Snow and Wang tried to lure him back when the Flyers let him go, but he wasn't interested.... |

I never heard this rumor. Lavy may have wanted to run the show. Cannot blame him not wanting to work for Snow. |

It would have been weird for Lavy. Snow had been his back-up goalie, then his starting goalie after they traded Osgood. And now Lavy's supposed to report to HIM??? |

Honestly, and im not harping on this, but i truly feel the real hockey people in this league look at Snow and laugh......im sure he's a good guy, and puts in a ton of hours, but at the end of the day, its like cmon man. This guy????? |

Snow would never have hired these guys. They would have been an instant threat to him. but they were available and we still have Crappy and Snow

I don't think he's the most respected GM in the NHL, that's for sure. I also don't think he's the worst either. But it's a tough job to prove your mettle, and Snow really hasn't done that yet... |
