Like Cabin said he's got some points, but, and these are my words, he's gone full Trump about it. The points he, please God let it be a he, does make are totally lost in the full on blowhard-edness that are his posts.

This is why I have never understood the hate for sbroads on this thread.

He makes his points in a very smart and articulate manner. And he makes some very good points.

And everyone just hammers him. And he has always stayed calm and never attacks anyone back. Just opinions.

Nothing wrong with disagreeing respectfully.

Hey, a Rangers fan...so whats the scoop on McI ? Good or garbage?
- Larsson_fan

I think he can be an every day 2nd pairing stay at home defenseman right now. AV for whatever reason doesn't like him.

Ok...im done for the night...

You are ALL RIGHT....and I'm wrong..

Eichel's been lights out this year...Reinhart is young and REALLY progressing....Lehner is making me forget Hasek. Okposo is the best FA signing in this town silver Bryce Paup....and that young defense of ours is overcoming a lot of growing pains....

Best last place team EVER.....

Once we win our next 2...errr...6....errrr...12 we will really move up the standings

That's all??? So the franchise goalie has been good?? The defense that he brought in is good? Okposo has been filling the net??? Kane is loved in the locker room? All I got right is Samson Nohart??
- Ripped Fuel

Well, he posted a .924 SV% last year on a bad ankle that required surgery, so yeah that's pretty good. Ok, ya got me on the defense, but they're not as bad collectively as you think, Okposo hasn't been a problem, he's played well. I have no idea how Kane is perceived in the locker room and neither do you. I can't imagine it's very good, but we don't know, and do you like everyone at your job? Not everyone gets along with everyone else it's not a (frank)ing hippie commune, it's a workplace. But they're professionals and they worked well together last year.

2nd pairing on the Sabres? Or 2nd pairing on Nashville? From what I've seen of him and it hasn't been much he looks like a 3rd pairing goon.

I guess just the average NHL team. He's a #4 on a solid playoff team, in my biased opinion.

His skating isn't as bad as people make it out to be and he's really poised and confident with the puck on his stick in the defensive zones when under pressure. He can circle the net while being forechecked and then pull a hard stop to shake the forechecker and send a clean breakout pass with confidence.

from what i have seen from him he has always seemed like a 3rd or 2nd pairing dman who doesnt ever really make bad decisions in his own zone
