They're 6th in the NHL in scoring even with their struggles. They can't keep the puck out of their own net but they still score a lot, 3.4 a game. Would still be worried about them. But yes, if you shut down their top players we stand a chance

Well it would be interesting, but only if you were going to play them with a chance to succeed. NJD currently have 46 contracts so approaching the 50 max; but obviously salary cap is not an issue. They would have to stay at NHL level or returned to their original team. |

We don't need waiver wire players, we need top 4 D and to a lesser extent top 6 Fs. McIlrath sucks and Paajarvi has never proven to be more than an average 4th liner. |
