You're mad at fans for being fans? I love that they boo'd him. He didn't pick "us" and he's a star on the opposite team. Boo the (frank) out of him - that emotion is exactly why we have sports.

I agree. Found it odd that there were a collective, maybe, 3 people that even boo'd him. You'd think it would insight more passion, but of course, have to look at most of those that attend these games.
The same three booing stamkos were probably the same three cheering go leafs go among the echo in that stadium

This is true, I was just lamenting the loss of the times when the Leafs would actually win vs the Habs. I have a running bet with a co-worker on the outcome of each Leafs vs Habs game.... I think he has won the last 10 or 12 straight. Not feeling too optimistic with the odds of this coming Saturday's game. |
