I'm not too worried...the whole D core needs to get better and Andersen needs to control his rebounds or even better not give a rebound on every single shot.

He'll turn around.

Unless the idiot fans ruin him first. 5 games don't define a guys career

Leafs lead the NHL in shots per game ..have a shot differential of +6.2
a team sv% of .857

That stuff will sort itself out..if they can stay on the positive side of the shots thats a great step. Last season they were even.. not time to panic yet

It doesn't look like they're cheating too much either...

Though a ton of those shots last night were nothing shots from the outside.

I agree...not sure if it was me...but it certainly didnt seem like we have that many good chances...not sure where all the shots came from but it's a good sign if the shot clock was right.

He's been awful. But the good news is he's been really really awful. He's never been like this before so there's a great chance that he's curable.

I agree

But social media dosnt help either. It's a bit ridiculous what our fans think and do sometimes

not trying to throw a pity party for the guy, but there must be a lot of pressure coming into that role. Unreal expectations behind a group that hasn't gelled yet. Completely different from Anaheim, he really just may be a work in progress

No. In leaf Land the only thing that matters is your past 5 games. Eveything else dosnt matter.

and TB got a lot of bounces...1st goal was not the greatest play by the Leafs but Hunwick scores on own net...Kucherov receives a gift from the heavens on the deflection off the skate right to him....and then the puck is post and in on a couple.

and they're the best team in the league...or pretty (frank)ing close.

can't wait for the next game...who's in net for us on Thurs?

Nice - send Robidas too. Maybe the NHL will allow us to put a retirement home in the crease

He's got a shrink and now is probably not a good time to be hanging out on social media if I'm Frederik Andersen.
