Yeah 5 games in his Leaf career. I think after Bernier's first 5 games everyone was calling him the savior, we saw how that turned out.

Oh. Well, I think he at least deserves a season as a starter, maybe even two. You have to, you hung your hat on the guy for 5 years...

Now we do have a lot of cap space next year, so can you get a young guy who can challenge and maybe pull a Murray? Fleury + Murray isn't awesome, but it's not horrendous either, despite how tight they are this year.

Plus Fleury is tradable too: I honestly thought the Leafs would've taken him off of the Penguins hands, known commodity for 3 years vs. unknown for 5.

Probably could've snagged a pick out of the deal too.
